Play Their Story creates private party games from material supplied by people who know the subject.

Your responsibility
Only submit material you have permission to use. Keep contributions truthful, lawful, and suitable for the people who will see them. Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, expose private information, or create content about children without the permission and supervision of their parent or guardian.
Organizer control
The organizer must review every contribution before publishing it. Reports can pause a published game, and contributors can withdraw their own material. We may restrict or remove content, events, or accounts that create a safety, privacy, legal, or operational risk.
Price and payment
Creating an event, inviting contributors, reviewing their stories and generating the games are free. Publishing a party's pack costs $7, paid once for that party. It covers the printed pack, live play on phones, and publishing that party again as often as you need. The price includes any sales tax or VAT.
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, so “Creem” is the name on your card statement and Creem collects and pays the tax. Your card details go to Creem, never to us.
Refunds
If the pack does not work for you, email hello@playtheirstory.com within 14 days of paying and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Creem returns the money to the card you paid with. We reply within 7 days; if we do not, you can ask Creem's support to step in.
Availability
The service is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features, limits, and these terms may change; a change to the price never affects a party you have already paid for.
Who runs this
Play Their Story is operated under that name from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is run by one person rather than a registered company, so the app name is the operator name. Creem sells on its behalf as merchant of record.
Governing law
These terms, and anything arising from your use of the service, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction.
