Three steps, one evening of admin at most
The details worth keeping are small and specific — the soup, the eleven falls off the same route. Those only exist in the heads of the people who were there.
Approve every detail
You see who sent what, reword anything clumsy, and block whole topics. Nothing reaches the room until you have said yes to it.
Print it or play it
Around 24 rounds, every one traced back to a contribution. Print on A4 or US Letter, or run it from the guests' phones.

Léa moves to Montréal
A leaving do for someone who is only going to claim she will visit constantly. This example is invented— no real party, and nobody's stories but ours. It is here so you can check every round against the contribution it came from.
